RICK SUDDABY
Head Coach
Suddaby completed his 18th year as Ithaca's head coach in 2003. Under Suddaby, Ithaca has recorded 17 straight
berths in the NCGA championship meet and 16 top-three finishes at the ECAC championship meet (including 10 titles).
Suddaby was a two-time national qualifier and captain of the Cortland 1979 NCAA championship team. He earned
his bachelor's and master's degrees from Cortland and served as women's coach for one season. Suddaby was the head coach at
Fayetteville-Manlius High School before coming to Ithaca. In 1994 he was inducted into the Otis E. Sennit Baldwinsville Athletic
Hall of Fame.
Under Suddaby, five Ithaca gymnasts have won nine individual NCGA championships, 20 have claimed a total
of 41 all-America honors, and 26 have received NCGA all-academic recognition with Suddaby at the helm. In 1997 he participated
in an NCAA Youth Education through Sports (YES) gymnastics clinic at the University of Florida.

KIM SUDDABY
Assistant Coach
Kim Suddaby completed her ninth year as an assistant coach at Ithaca in 2003. Suddaby has an extensive background
in collegiate gymnastics, including a term as the head women's coach at Cortland from 1988 to 1990. She has also served as
an assistant gymnastics coach at Cornell and as a coach in the Corning-Painted Post School District.
A team captain and all-American in gymnastics while attending Cortland, Suddaby earned her undergraduate
and graduate degrees from the school.
